As much as the perfect dress and the beautiful flowers are important, so is having the right entertainment. Dance The Night Away strives to bring that perfect fit to your special day. We have the tools to make your night a success. We will assist you anyway possible to make your day unforgettable for you and your family.

Next to the ceremony the reception is the most visited event of your wedding, and where the true celebration of your love for one another is to be enjoyed by your friends and family. The reception is the reward for all the hard work and planning you put into your big day, the icing on the cake if you will. You need an entertainment company that wants to celebrate with you and your family, and deliver the perfect party. That is the goal of Dance The Night Away, We celebrate the bride and groom, bringing the love they share to the whole event, creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement for all your guests to see and participate in.

Dance The Night Away wants to help you create this atmosphere by working with you, in the planning of your event, putting together the program you want, and that your friends and family will enjoy. We provide you with a folder of information to guide you in your planning. This packet helps you organize your reception and allows us to put those ideas into action. Next is the sit down meeting. It happens about two weeks before your big day (or when ever is best for the bride and groom). That is when we go over your ideas, and put together your reception. We want you to enjoy your reception and not have to worry about: when will this be done? How are we going to do that? We guide you through your night putting you in the spots you need to be in when you need to be there. This gives you the freedom to enjoy your family and friends, while they celebrate with you.

Dance The Night Away takes the guesswork out of the equation for you. We don’t make you choose a package. There is no time frame and no sound and light set ups to choose from. We simply provide the best package possible for you and your hall. We take the information you provide about your hall and bring a sound and light show that best fits you and that hall. How much time you get is simple as well, we play during cocktails, dinner and the reception. Usually about 7 hours (5pm – midnight) is what it amounts to. Of course this arrangement is flexible to your needs. After all, your reception is a live audition for us to get more work. So why would we not bring our best to your reception?
